Designwinds is not actively posting open positions during the Q1 2026 brand and identity refresh. Roles we typically hire
- Engineering — thermal/HVAC engineering, mechanical design, design-for-manufacturability, customer program engineering
- Manufacturing — coil production, brazing operators, fabrication, assembly, production supervision
- Quality — quality inspection, first-article review, supplier quality, quality engineering
- Commercial — inside sales, technical sales, account management, customer program management
- Operations — planning, procurement, materials management, shipping & receiving
What we look for
Candidates with practical industrial manufacturing experience, an eye for process discipline, and a willingness to work across engineering, production, and quality functions. Heat exchanger, HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial thermal equipment experience is preferred for technical roles but not required for entry-level production and operations roles.
