Working with Designwinds procurement.
Designwinds engages suppliers across raw materials, manufactured components, tooling, services, and indirect categories supporting our thermal components operation. We work with suppliers from a wide range of company sizes, including specialty mills, regional service providers, and global component manufacturers.
Supplier Categories
- Raw Materials: copper tube and strip, aluminum sheet and extruded shapes, stainless steel, carbon steel, brazing alloys, fluxes, coatings
- Components: fittings, headers, manifolds, valves, fasteners, gaskets, sensors, controls components
- Tooling & Equipment: dies, fixtures, brazing torches and supplies, inspection equipment
- Services: coating and finishing, heat treatment, transportation and logistics, calibration, contract maintenance
- Indirect: facility services, MRO supplies, packaging, IT services
Supplier Qualification Process
- Submit company information using the contact form below.
- Designwinds procurement reviews submissions against current sourcing needs.
- Suppliers of interest are contacted for capability and qualification information.
- Qualified suppliers complete a supplier setup process including terms acknowledgment.
- Suppliers may be added to active sourcing once qualification is complete.
