designwinds, Inc. is the data controller of personal information collected through designwinds.com. We are a privately-held Ohio corporation headquartered in Cleveland, OH.

Contact information. When you request a walkthrough or submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, role, company size, and any message content you send us.

Account information. When your company becomes a customer, we collect the name and email of each named user, their role, and the authentication identifier used by your SSO provider.

Customer Data. The bids, estimates, drawings, pricing, and other project data your team uploads into the Service. We treat Customer Data as confidential and do not look at it except as necessary to operate the Service or at your explicit request.

Technical information. Standard server logs - IP address, browser type, pages viewed. We do not use analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this website.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party marketers or data brokers. We do not run behavioral advertising on this site. We do not operate a data exchange or share de-identified Customer Data for any commercial purpose.

We use contact information to respond to your inquiries and to communicate with active customers about their accounts. We use Customer Data to operate the Service on your behalf. We use technical information to secure the Service and debug errors.

We share information only with vendors that help us operate the Service - primarily our cloud host (AWS), our email provider, and our payment processor. We require every vendor to meet our security requirements under written contract.

We keep Customer Data for the life of your subscription plus 60 days, after which we delete it. We keep contact-form submissions for up to two years. We keep server logs for 90 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, email hello@designwinds.com. We respond within 30 days.
